As we reflect upon our recent Sri Damai II Groundbreaking Ceremony, we celebrate the visionary leader who has been at the helm of Petra Jaya Properties’ progress.
Born and bred of humble beginnings in the very heart of Petra Jaya, our Chairman – Tan Sri Datuk Amar Haji Hamid Bugo has always remained true to his roots. Raised in an environment that instilled values of hard work, compassion, and empathy, these very values have become foundational to Petra Jaya Properties.
When preparing for the Sri Damai Groundbreaking, it was decided early on to avoid fanfare but instead mark the milestone by involving the local community in a modest but meaningful event.
To this end, we compiled a list of essential items needed by the local Tabika Kemas and Masjid Darul Rahman as a gesture of our gratitude for their contribution to the local communities of Pasir Pandak and Pasir Panjang.
We are humbled and grateful to be able to continue serving our community with the highest standards and delivering quality sustainable developments for years to come.
