Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to meet project milestones.
• Ensure the quality of materials used and work performed meet project standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and construction activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil, structural and architectural works.
• Excellent supervisory skills, good team player and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Proficiency in using relevant software for design, inspection, and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign.
• Research and develop marketing strategy and evaluate success strategy.
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date on current marketing trends.
• Manage and allocate marketing budget correctly to maximise ROI.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the property market and digital marketing is a plus!
• Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency.
• Proficiency in report writing, preparing marketing budgets, and MS Office applications.
• A professional attitude and appearance, along with a pleasant character, good interpersonal skills, initiative, and a strong sense of teamwork.
•  Creativity in using all forms of media for marketing.
