Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to meet project milestones.
- Ensure the quality of materials used and work performed meet project standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and construction activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering.
- Proven experience in civil, structural and architectural works.
- Excellent supervisory skills, good team player and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in using relevant software for design, inspection, and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign.
- Research and develop marketing strategy and evaluate success strategy.
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date on current marketing trends.
- Manage and allocate marketing budget correctly to maximise ROI.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the property market and digital marketing is a plus!
- Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency.
- Proficiency in report writing, preparing marketing budgets, and MS Office applications.
- A professional attitude and appearance, along with a pleasant character, good interpersonal skills, initiative, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Creativity in using all forms of media for marketing.
